Scheduling

We provide delivery service during normal business hours, Monday- Friday to areas surrounding each of our three locations in Little Falls, Schenectady, and Syracuse. We strive to accommodate requests for same day and next day delivery, pending time and location restrictions.

Delivery Service

We offer tailgate delivery service, meaning we will position our vehicle at the safest location to unload your material. Our drivers will do their best to position themselves as close as possible to where material is needed. However, job-site conditions may affect our ability to unload where it is needed on a job-site.

Moffit delivery is available on a case-by-case basis. Ability to safely unload using the Moffit will be determined by the driver once we arrive at the job-site. Please note, there is an additional delivery fee for moffit delivery.

Safety

Our drivers will assist in unloading material. We request that you make arrangements for manpower or equipment to assist in unloading of your materials. As a safety precaution, we don’t allow our drivers to carry material into a residential home, up or down stairs.

Damages/Discrepancies

If there is an issue with your material, please contact your salesmen immediately.

Returns

We will pick-up returns from a job-site for a normal delivery fee. Returns will be inspected and must be deemed salable in order to receive credit. Restocking fees may be applicable.

Delivery Fee

A delivery fee may be applied depending on location. Additional fees may be applied to over-sized items such as Symons panels or Manto forms.
